When the local Heating & A/C specialist came out to have a look at our heat pump, it was the first time in more than 20 years there was any problem.
That’s a pretty impressive run for any residential Heating & A/C. But this was a type of mid tier piece of Heating & A/C equipment. When Samand I bought this house, Sam and I had to replace the heating & cooling equipment. There were other things that also needed renovating so Sam and I had a limited budget. That meant my good friend and I had to get a reliable yet basic Heating & A/C unit. From then on, Sam and I just made sure that the Heating & A/C equipment was able to get seasonal Heating & A/C maintenance year in & year out. That was made much easier when Sam and I joined the Heating & A/C repair plan once it was gave by our Heating & A/C contractor. Still, when the local Heating & A/C professional told Sam that the heat pump was pretty much at the end, I was a bit excited. Sam wasn’t all that glad about coughing up a bunch of currency for current heating & cooling equipment. But I was really excited to finally be able to upgrade to the latest in Heating & A/C technology. And I’m so glad with the more current smart temperature control & the zone controlled Heating & A/C that Sam and I have in the current home now. Additionally, the SEER rating of the current heat pump is triple what the old a single had. That means the current heat pump is exponentially more efficient than the older heat pump. So I can expect a bunch of utility costs to be chopped off our bill when it comes to all the cooling system Sam and I use during the summer. I couldn’t be more satisfied with our current Heating & A/C unit & all this good Heating & A/C technology.
