I’m also getting hungry for my salad and tuna, or maybe I will have my grilled cheese sandwich lunch instead and just take my salad to the beach for later when I am hungry again.

I never used to like tomato juice till I discovered how good it is at warding off different types of cancers, so now I drink it almost every day, and I will probably switch to every single day soon. My heating supplier told me about the juice a while back and I believe it because she is one of the healthiest people you could meet and she is also 87 years old now and still working at the heating dealership five days a week. Her older sister works with my mom at the church store and she is 98 years old and going strong. I wonder if the HEPA filter salesman is around today because I would like to go to the HVAC company and chat with him for a bit before I head down to the beach. He kind of puts me in a good mood when I am feeling lost, and today would be a good day for his therapy session as I am not having the best of days so far. I like to talk with him while he works on smart thermostats in the store, stocking the shelves with them and helping people with their questions. Have a good day today!
