It seemed to be most prudent for myself and Sam to find some space inside the central cooling system of our beach current home that was mine.
With a whole home full of young kids, I found it tougher & tougher to simply be able to be quiet with our private thoughts. I spend a lot of time inside the commercial Heating & A/C of an office doing labors that can be rather stressful. My labors require long hours, super focus & often more fight than I want. So I find it essential to be able to relax & balance out our mind when I’m at home. But also, there are a whole lot of other people inside the central cooling system in our current home that make that tough. I tried using the small beachside bedroom as a venue of quiet & refuge. But our wifey Sam also needs that space to do the stuff that she needs to do. So it was pretty clear to myself and Sam that I needed to find somewhere else in the current home & maybe even outside of the central cooling system. That’s when I called the local Heating & A/C contractor & had them install a ductless heat pump in our finished attic. The previous owner had completed the attic space for some reason however all Sam and I were using it for was storage. With that ductless heat pump & a couple of camp chairs, I converted that part into a venue where I can relax & not be bothered. I also have to say that I was kind of amazed by how good the heating & cooling comfort is with the ductless dislike pump. Currently, I suppose I can care about quality heating & air while getting the quiet & mental balance that I need.
