It has been wild, however I believe it will ultimately be for the best. But for sure, I’m hoping to never have to rent again. Just being back in a beachside home I own with our own Heating & A/C equipment is a large deal for me. My wifey Sam & I recently hit retirement & along came a whole bunch of lifestyle swings. Not only was I losing the commercial Heating & A/C of the office any longer, however Sam and I sold the family beachside home & moved to the south. Prior to starting all of this, the plan sounded mostly self-explanatory & a single that millions of others have undertaken. But I vastly underquoted what a gargantuan project all of this would be. Just getting the current home on the market took all of my energy. At the same time, Sam & I were trying to wrap up our jobs in order to leave the zone controlled Heating & A/C of the office behind. So there was a lot going on all at once. Thankfully, the Heating & A/C contractor was awesome & after the initial meeting, they pretty much took it all from there. It was nice to at least have the Heating & A/C upgrade off of our plate. Sam and I chose to rent a two study room home after Sam and I sold the current home & prior to moving to the south. Our thinking was Sam and I would be able to not have to rush when it came to finding the right retirement beachside home where Sam and I wanted to live; However, living with outdated Heating & A/C equipment in that home was very uncomfortable. It was strenuous enough simply paring down our stuff in order to fit into a two study room apartment. Finally, my good friend and I are in our current beachside home & it comes with a more current central cooling system as well. So hopefully, all of this effort will turn out to be as good as Sam and I believe it will be.
