I love everything about it! The beach, the margaritas, and the sand.
It’s prefer being on holiday every single afternoon. One thing about being down here is the heat! It gets pretty moderate throughout the summertime, so our a/c bill is respectfully pretty high for a few weeks. Our bill was unusually high last summer time when the people I was with and I overworked our a/c during a giant heat wave. Both of us had an a/c corporation come out and check if there was something going on with our Heating plus Air Conditioning unit. Turns out our air conditioner had easily terrible zoning control. This caused us to overwork the a/c to try and push cool air into rooms that weren’t getting enough. After the summer, the people I was with and I made some upgrades to the a/c and fixed the zone control. This summer time the people I was with and I observed a giant difference when the people I was with and I were hit with a few heat waves and increased our a/c United Statesge. The zone control worked wonders, and the people I was with and I were able to feel the air and stay cool in every single room. Every new home down South should ensure they have correct zone control so that they don’t pay more than what they should. If someone’s new home was built decades ago, they absolutely need to make major upgrades to their new home anyway. The neighborhood that I live in is a historic district, so houses tend to get renovated here pretty often. I can’t wait to own a new new home of my own that has everything I want and need.
