I love working with computers and I knew that I wanted to pursue a job in graphic arts.
I went to school for graphic arts and design.
I learned a lot about drawing, sculpting and painting and I graduated with honors. After graduation, I was hired to work for large graphic design company in the city. I always thought that I would enjoy working in an office setting where I was surrounded with computer and printing equipment. I was designing banners and buttons that were styled to make the websites more use friendly. I began looking for freelance jobs that I could do. In less than three months, I had gained more than a dozen clients and I was no longer able to complete my work in my spare time. I had to give up on the office job and work full-time from home. I had all of the equipment I needed in my home and I loved being able to work in my jammies and I could nap when I wanted to. I recently acquired an HVAc company as a client. They want me to help them revamp their HVAC website and to give it a modern look and feel. After being in business for over seventy years, they want to give their business a new image. Their ads weren’t giving them more sales and they thought that if they were able to make their website more user friendly and give it a fresh look, they may be able to attract the newer HVAC customers. I have a lot of ideas that I am sure is going to help the HVAC company boost their sales.
