Not so long ago I have been struggling with a bunch of heating and cooling related problems! I don’t actually know why, but it seems essentially like no matter what I do, I can’t get our HVAC equipment to function properly! I wish I could say it was only affecting our gas healing equipment or air conditioner, but no, it’s definitely both.

It’s not only severely frustrating, but it worries me a great deal because I never know what to expect especially during the warmer months and winter! Then the Summer and Winter time I spend on edge fretting about it breaking down. I’ve called this HVAC tech a bunch of times and he fixes the problem but it never stays that way… One time, our proper HVAC specialist was incredibly busy, so I went with another guy! When I explained all of our HVAC setbacks to this guy, he just leaned back and asked me how much I knew about HVAC equipment. I stuttered and came to see that I didn’t know anything. The HVAC professional explained most of our HVAC equipment troubles stemmed from a lack of regular maintenance. He then gave me advice for air conditioner equipment maintenance and getting high quality air filters, like HEPA filters for our air conditioner equipment. I didn’t have anything to lose to be honest, so I used his advice for a year, and what do you know, I’ve had no problems since that time. I personally called the HVAC equipment contractor to tell them what a fine job that HVAC repairman did. He helped me save a sizable amount of money and taught me something absolutely pressing.
