I have had our heat & air conditioner products for slightly over a year now.

I switched up the electric gas furnace for a more efficient central gas furnace that can heat the whole condo better & for a longer time… Seeing that our first annual repair phase was due, I contacted the heating business who installed our component to come & perform the usual service.

I didn’t expect the plan to have any complications other than the normal complications with the washable filter however yes, it did. Apparently, the digital control component was slightly out of tune however since I hadn’t noticed any difference in the air quality, I could not think his assessment. Still, I commanded him to carry on with the repair without touching the control unit, however everything else seemed to be okay. The outcome was unusual from this 1 claiming the oil furnace/heater repair wasn’t done right, then when I told him the repair was just done, he was lost for words. So I finally got a fifth a/c expert to come & supply his verdict. His assessment was close to the first serviceman’s because he suspected the quality heating & air was off so he commanded fine-tuning the control component & monitoring it over the next few afternoons. I was cheerful I got a heating serviceman who understands his work. I didn’t promise him future work because I decided to stick with the local business that supports me however I kept his contact as a backup plan for the future.
