I Have Not Taken Good Care of Myself and Now Would Benefit From a Body Recovery Program

I am going to see if I can get into the class

For most of my life, I have taken fitness into our own hands. I used to run miles in the sneakers that I could best afford, even though they were not good quality. I now have feet that hurt and turn in from it. I then did a lot of weight lifting. My shoulders are a bit messed up from it. I then did a lot of bike riding and have a bad back. My back has never recovered. I want to lift weights and lose weight, although I am just too sore to do it. I have looked into going to a personal training center. This one particular training center certainly offers body recovery programs. The body recovery program is actually created for people who have been in a vehicle accident, suffered an injury from their work, or that are genuinely old. I still know I can apply to the program. I don’t have a specific injury, but I need to recover too! I know the program could genuinely be of great help to me. I need to let the muscles that hurt take a break while certainly working the other muscles. I need to gain strength and mobility in the weak areas that allowed myself and others to suffer. I am not a certified fitness expert at all, of course. So I don’t really have the knowledge I need. A personal trainer with the body wellness program should suppose what to do. I am going to see if I can get into the class. I would love to go at least several times each week, perhaps before work in the mornings. How often are people in recovery supposed to have a workout session? I wonder if there is a nutritional program to go along with it?
