Working as an HVAC repair tech for a living, one of my favorite things about the job is being able to help out my friends and family and help save them a few bucks whenever they have problems with their HVAC system.
For example, just the other day I got a text message from my buddy who lives in town and was having some problems with his A/C unit.
After I showed up my buddy was going on and on about how he was one hundred percent certain this unit was as good as junk at this point and he was stressed about how much money he was going to need to replace it. However, after taking a look at it for myself I noticed that the only thing that seemed to be not working well was the condenser coil. The condenser coil is what helps remove heat from the refrigerant and helps keep things cool. After working my HVAC magic his HVAC system was back up and running without any more problems in sight. It only took thirty minutes out of my day, I saved my buddy tons of cash, and I was also able to get some free beers. Some HVAC techs will say that they will never work for free, but working for free when it comes to family and friends is just fine with me!
