Going with a tankless water heating unit could solve all of that problem. I have to have a specialty heating, ventilation as well as AC contractor to help with the tankless unit. The two of us also have a stove in the living room that we sometimes use for hot water. The wood stove isn’t entirely fantastic but the heating as well as indoor AC company fixed all of that. The guy set us up with a brand new heating, ventilation in addition to air conditioning component along with the new hot water heater.
