I Rake The Leaves Around Condenser Unit Often

I always know when to hire an Heating and A/C specialist to service my Heating and A/C system… It’s proper expertise that it’s best to have an Heating and A/C system maintained twice per year, particular ly once in the Spring and once in the Fall, then when the pollen starts shedding and the leaves start falling, that’s when I option up the phone and call my local Heating and A/C business, but during the fall, I have to absolutely stay on top of my Heating and A/C service, then there are a ton of trees surrounding my house, so when they all fall, I have to option them up.

At least once a week, I rake the leaves out from under my condenser component and clear the surrounding area.

In doing so, this keeps my condenser component from becoming plugged or jammed and it’s able to run smoothly. I had an issue with leaves building up on my condenser component a few years ago and it did not end well. The Heating and A/C professional insisted that I had to take better care of the surrounding condenser component areas or I’d end up needing a brand new unit. A new condenser component would set me back thousands of dollars, which is why I vowed to stay on top of the leaves every fall. It’s a absolutely big task and it’s not one that I enjoy, but I’d rather spend time raking leaves instead of paying thousands of dollars on a new condenser component when it could have been avoided; So far, I haven’t had any more issues with my Heating and A/C system and I plan to keep it that way.
