I really hate space heaters, but I did not realize how much I hated having a space heater until I finally moved out of my old house and didn’t need the space heater anymore.
My old house needed a space heater very badly.
I lived in a trailer, and the trailer had a furnace, but the furnace did not do a good job keeping the house warm. I did not expect the furnace to be in such bad shape, but there was nothing that I could do. I am pretty sure that it wasn’t actually the fault of the furnace. The trailer was not sealed properly, so even though the furnace was working hard to keep the trailer warm, most of the heat that the furnace was created would escape through the front door. In order to make sure that my house was not cold, I had to buy a space heater. Honestly, buying a space heater was not so terrible. I honestly liked the space heater that I had, and since I didn’t want a cold house, I knew that I needed the space heater. However, I didn’t like everything about the space heater. First of all, I was constantly tripping over the space heater. The space heater was sitting in the middle of the room since we did not want to catch anything on fire, and I tripped over it. We had the space heater for two years, but I never managed to learn how to not trip over the space heater. Also, the space heater always made me nervous because I was afraid of causing a fire with the space heater. Needless to say, I was excited when I moved into a new house that did not require a space heater.
