I made a pretty big mistake when I decided to move to the south from the north.
- I ended up moving because of a job offer.
However, if I had known that the climate and general temperature here in the south were one hundred degrees most of the time I would not have done so. Ever since I moved here I have been having to run the central air conditioning system almost all the time. That is twenty four hours per day and seven days per week. All air conditioning, all the time! This is giving me a pretty hefty hit on my monthly electric bills. And it is so hot all the time, that the central air conditioning system is the only way to fight it. If I were to get a portable air conditioning system it would not even be powerful enough to fight off this kind of heat. So I have to deal with this. It is a good thing that I make higher cash than I did before, otherwise I would not even be able to afford this! I can see why they pay more. It is not having extra money like I thought I would because all the extra I make goes towards the electric bill because of having to run the central air conditioning system all of the time! I really regret this move let me tell you. The good part is that I did not buy a house. I am renting. So when the lease is up I plan on quitting the job and moving back to the north.
