He simply huffed his way up the stairs
I’m not an exercise freak nor do I watch my diet a lot. I know that it is important for both, but I just don’t feel I need it. I love my fruits and vegetables and I also love my candy bars. I really don’t have room to judge people for their size or their eating habits. I had an HvAC technician come to my house that made me rethink how I eat and exercise. Every movement this man made had him groaning. He had to be close to 500 pounds and just getting out of the service van had his breathing labored. He huffed and puffed his way up my walkway and he was already sweating by the time he got to the furnace. I worried that he wouldn’t be able to get up and down while working on my furnace. I could hear his breathing even from the kitchen as he continued his work. It really upset me that they would have an HVAC technician that was this heavy. It wasn’t healthy for him or for the company’s image. I worried that he was going to have a heart attack while he was working in my basement. I didn’t know what to say and I was afraid to ask about his well being while he was working. I didn’t want to offend him and have him walk out before finishing the maintenance on my furnace. When he was done, he didn’t say anything either. He simply huffed his way up the stairs. I saw his red face and how wet he was with sweat. He walked out the door and left without so much as a goodbye
