My daughter is a pigskin player. I was entirely against this when she became interested in playing because I suppose pigskin is a entirely dangerous sport. In addition to that, I always played indoor sports growing up, so I was not used to having to lay outside for hours in the boiling sun. The two of us made a compromise as a family as well as settled for indoor pigskin since it has air conditioning. The decision didn’t entirely settle my concern for pigskin being dangerous, but at least I could watch in fear while being comforted with cool air conditioning. The two of us got season tickets this year as well as I set up our seats so that both of us got the best angle of air conditioning as well as the field at the same time. I’m not trying to be a princess about it, but air conditioning is very important to me as an adult. When I was a kid, I lived in a small beach house with so more than 2 siblings as well as no air conditioning. I lived in discomfort for so long that having air conditioning now reminds me of how hard I’ve worked to obtain basic needs such as that. I suppose that the pigskin players play differently indoors than they would outdoors because of the air conditioning. It’s a known reputation that indoor pigskin players are not as athletic as outdoor pigskin players since they receive comfort from the air conditioning. Even though I still suppose it’s dangerous, I suppose my daughter plays entirely hard as well as deserves the same respect as any other pigskin player out there. He’s awesome out there!
