I’ve been an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional for many years & I have to admit that a single of our number one things about the task is getting to see all of the different houses.
I suppose that makes me sound care about a nosey Rosie, although I can’t help it.
It’s entirely neat to see other people’s homes, styles and- of course- their central heating & cooling preferences. The house I went to Last yearremains a single of our number ones. This locale was a mansion. I’m not talking about a big house, I’m talking about an “estate”. They had put in an order for radiant floor heating with a square footage measurement that made our head spin. I couldn’t know that these people wanted, & were willing to pay for, radiant heating throughout the property! They wanted radiant heating to come out through the towel racks, swimming pools & of course the radiant floors. I spent an entire month with our team installing this radiant floor oil furnace. The thing about radiant floor heating too is that you have to substitute your new flooring. So, not only did this family have enough to cover this estate with radiant heating- a single of the most lavish forms of heating- however they also had enough to substitute all of their flooring & towel racks too! I couldn’t know it. The estate was gorgeous however after spending all of that time installing radiant floor heating, I don’t suppose that I ever want to see it again! That’s a lie of course. That house was gorgeous & if they ever invited me over I’d be there in 2 minutes flat.
