There is one thing that I do not like about residing in the part that I live, people are typically stopping by unexpectedly & expecting us to have our property ready for guests.
The property that my associate and I live in has No central heating or cooling so it is strenuous to regulate the temperature for a lot of people, and for example when I know people are coming over I will turn the A/C on in each room Only a couple of hours before people come over.
This way the temperature is regulated & the property is cool & comfortable for guests. When people stop by unexpectedly I have to turn on the A/C & it gets easily loud & annoying when we’re trying to have a conversation. The A/C machine is loud no matter what. But whenever I can have the property cool & comfortable before people come over, I can turn the A/C off. The property will stay cool for about an hour & I will be able to talk to people & not have the window machine A/C blasting in the background. Another thing that is annoying is when people stop by in the winter time months. I have to offer people blankets if they stop by unexpectedly because my associate and I don’t keep the space boilers on in each room at all times, however my buddy and I only hear the room my associate and I are in at one time.
