I am a junior in school and I am trying to save as much money as possible, and it is so difficult to be in school full time and consistently have a job, but my parents aren’t helping with school so I have to make sure that I am making smart decisions when it comes to money; To save money, I am currently living with five other ladies. It is not consistently fun to live with this several people, but my pal and I easily do save a ton of money each month on rent. Thankfully, I easily like all the ladies I live with but there is one thing my pal and I never agree on and that is what our temperature control should be set at! Half the home is consistently cold and the other half is consistently hot. It is a constant battle for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system and I know it is not fantastic to switch from heating to cooling so often. I am concerned that my pal and I are going to split our Heating, Ventilation & A/C system and our home owner is going to evict us if my pal and I aren’t careful, and last week two of my roommates easily go into it after someone turned off the air conditioner after my pal and I all went to bed. We all woke up dripping with sweat and a couple of the ladies were easily mad about it. I easily didn’t care too much, but it caused a lot of issue with the other ladies. I think my pal and I are going to have to make a Heating, Ventilation & A/C schedule so my pal and I can plan when to turn on the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system and when to turn it off. I think this is the only way to keep everyone from fighting all the time.
