An aged home that every one of us had admired from afar entirely fell right into our laps.
It just all came together. From price to timing, it was simply meant to be. But, every one of us absolutely had our toil cut out for us. That aged home was far from our apartment because it was just about unlivable in the condition every one of us purchased it in. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C didn’t work, the appliance were aged plus the flooring was abysmal. The home had set for decades mostly empty prior to it being sold. It was a well designed home plus every one of us were eager to make it livable once again. The first thing every one of us had to do was figure out the Heating, Ventilation & A/C renovation. There was sort of a hodge podge of window a/cs, space gas furnaces plus a absolutely limited Heating, Ventilation & A/C situation. Running air duct was problematic given the structural design. That left a central air equipment as mostly unworkable. However, every one of us were turned on to ductless heating & cooling units. I was so impressed by the power plus efficiency of these heating & cooling units. The two of us ended up installing a series of the ductless units in our home. It was just the thing every one of us needed. From there, it has been a steady pace of restoring this house. But, every one of us started with the base of good Heating, Ventilation & A/C. And the other good thing about the ductless Heating, Ventilation & A/C is the fact that every one of us can customize the heating & cooling instead of having to do the whole house. I love this Heating, Ventilation & A/C method.
