My child turned the heated flooring on in July.
I cherish my kids so much, but sometimes they do some pretty absurd things that don’t make sense to me, but my child just did that a few days ago, and he turned the heated flooring on in our dwelling even though it is the middle of July, & the day that he turned the heated flooring on, it was eighty degrees outside.
It is sort of a funny story because I came home from work two days ago, & I observed that the dwelling was super warm. I could not figure out why, but the temperature control was set seventy-two degrees like usual, but the dwelling was a bit warmer. It felt so boiling on the floor, however I never even thought that the heated flooring could possibly be on because no one would turn the heated flooring on in July. Well, I was wrong about that. I asked my hubby when he got home from work if he thought it felt warm, & he agreed with me that it was quite warm, especially the floors. He was actually the one who decided to go & check if the radiant heated floors were on. He looked, & they were on. He asked me if I had turned the heated flooring on, & of course, I hadn’t. He finally asked our youngest child if he had done it, & he had. He is eighteen years old, so I don’t know what he was thinking. He said he felt cold so instead of turning the a/c off or down, he just left the a/c on & turned the heated flooring on along with it. What a absurd kid!
