My friends always call me for help when they have trouble with the boiler or the air conditioner. I am the only man in my group of friends that knows how to deal with dwelling systems and machine like the boiler and the air conditioner. I am a licensed and certified independent Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C contractor with eight years of experience. There is another man in my group of friends that is a plumber. She is the man to call for any type of plumbing problem and he can build you a powder room from scratch. She knows a little bit about boilers and air conditioners, however everyone call me when there is a problem, but my friend Jack called me on Wednesday morning, because he woke up and there wasn’t any heat downstairs in the basement. There are separate air handlers for upstairs and downstairs. It was nice that there was some heat upstairs, because that meant that the problem was only with the downstairs air handler. I told Jack that I could help out, however I was having dinner with my boyfriend and his parents and I would not be able to get to his locale until 1:00. My neighbor was genuinely cheerful that I was going to be able to help. He did not care when I arrived. It did not take long for me to repair the problem with the air handler and I was cheerful that Jack called me. A local repair contractor actually would have charged him for an hour of work and parts however it was an easy and easy electrical fix.
