Living in an condo can be wonderful for someone that is single.
I don’t have a lot of spare time on my hands for yard labor plus maintenance.
I get to have a lot of wonderful amenities plus I don’t spend a ton of currency on a a single-living room apartment. This city is great, because all of us have a large pool, hot tub, laundry center, plus recreational room. I have lived in this condo city for the past 9 weeks. I had a entirely wonderful acquaintance until recently, and my outdated acquaintance moved away plus a new lady moved into the building… Her condo is right next door to mine; When I saw her move into the building, I must have seen 10 or 12 different cats. I did not say anything at the time, however now I can smell those cats in my own living room. I feel that our apartments must share air duct. My living room is the only place that I can smell the cats, however it is an awfully wretched smell. Whenever I stick my nose up to the air duct, the smell is even worse. I contacted my property owner last week, plus I made a complained about the smell. I don’t think what they did to remedy the problem, even though I can smell that awful odor in the air duct again. I only have more than one more weeks left on my lease plus I don’t want to move out. There are other neighbors in our building, plus I cannot be the only a single to notice the horrible smell. I hope that the condo building will do something about the foul odor if I complain again.
