My son turned the heated flooring on in July.
I cherish my youngsters so much, but sometimes they do some pretty crazy things that don’t make sense to me, my son just did that a few days ago… He turned the heated flooring on in our condo even though it is the middle of July, & the afternoon that he turned the heated flooring on, it was eighty degrees outside. It is sort of a funny story because I came condo from labor two days ago, & I observed that the condo was super warm. I could not figure out why, the control equipment was set seventy-two degrees like usual, but the condo was a bit warmer. It felt so warm on the floor, but I never even thought that the heated flooring could possibly be on because no one would turn the heated flooring on in July. Well, I was wrong about that. I asked my spouse when he got condo from labor if he thought it felt warm, & he agreed with me that it was quite warm, especially the floors. He was undoubtedly the one who decided to go & check if the radiant floors were on. He looked, & they were on. He asked me if I had turned the heated flooring on, & of course, I hadn’t. He finally asked our youngest son if he had done it, & he had. He is eighteen years old, so I don’t know what he was thinking. He said he felt cold so instead of turning the air conditioning system off or down, he just left the air conditioning system on & turned the heated flooring on along with it. What a crazy kid!
