Maybe I should look into installing radiant heated flooring in our house
Of all of the people that I’ve ever met, my wife is the one who is always the coldest. More specifically, her feet are the coldest feet in the world. My wife Jen literally has the coldest feet on the planet. It doesn’t matter if it’s the middle of the summer and the temperature outside is ninety degrees. Jen’s feet will still feel like blocks of ice and she will still stick them on my legs in the middle of the night. It gets worse than that for me, though. In the winter when we have the heating running, it doesn’t seem to help the cold feet syndrome at all. Even if Jen stands directly over the heating vent in our bedroom floor, her feet will still be cold when she gets into bed with me. It’s like I am doomed to be cursed by her cold feet for the rest of my life. The only time she says her feet get warm is when she sits by the wood burning fireplace during the winter to read a book. She says that the fireplace warms her feet up the best of all. Unfortunately for me, the fireplace is in the living room and not in our bedroom. I don’t know if our HVAC system has anything to do with it, but I would pay for an upgraded furnace system if I thought it would do any good. Maybe I should look into installing radiant heated flooring in our house. I don’t see how Jen’s feet could stay cold if we had radiant heated floors in our house.
