Our basement at church flooded yesterday & it ruined the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system.

It’s like one thing after another happens with this building that we are trying to have a church in. it’s just deranged & it’s making me super mad about the fact that we bought this building in the first locale, but at this point, I wish that we had never even bought this building… My pal and I would be better off if we were still renting a space because at least that wasn’t a money pit like this locale is. I don’t know. I just don’t guess that we are being superb stewards of our church’s money by spending it on a locale like this. It’s typically something around here & it is driving me nuts. I guess that we should try to sell the locale & start all over again, but I know that no one else would agree with me. I don’t like the fact that we have already had to substitute the air conditioning system completely in the building & now we are going to have to substitute the entire Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system again because of the flooded basement! It just seems like something has got to supply with this locale. I know that we should try to make sure that the building is in superb shape, but I am start to wonder if we didn’t purchase a lemon of a building! I guess that it’s going to cost us a lot of money to get the up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system installed & the basement fixed. I just don’t know if it’s worth it.
