Our friends are getting a divorce all because they can’t agree on the heating and cooling settings in their home.
I mean, that sounds silly to me, however that’s what they told us.
I think they are citing all of this as an irreconcilable difference or something. I think this is terrible. I consistently feel terrible when people end up getting divorced and they are unable to toil things out, but I think that kind of thing just happens occasionally, but anyway, they told us the other morning that the main reason that they don’t want to stay together anymore is because they just can’t agree on the temperature settings on their temperature control! I personally think that this is a completely silly reason to get divorced, but I think you just never know what goes on behind closed doors. I am easily moderate natured, and so I never want to turn the heating system up easily high in our house! My hubby has a easily cold nature, and so it’s the opposite with him. Whenever the weather starts cooling down outside, I just bring him blankets and heating heating pads when he iscold. I never would have thought about getting divorced because of it! I think all the people just are not like us though. I hope that both of them will be gleeful in their new lives without each other, but I can’t help however think that all of this could have been avoided. A simple call to our local heating and cooling contractor to have zone control heating and cooling installed would have actually fixed everything.
