Reluctantly, I paid to have it fixed and the air conditioning started to work again
I am the kind of lady that takes action first, thinks later. While that hasn’t gotten myself and others into trouble yet, I have run into a few issues. Ironically one of the issues that came up was with the air conditioning. I liked to have the air conditioning running pretty much all day, because I like the home to stay as cool as possible. My roommate warned myself and others in advance that that would burn out the cooling machine’s lifespan, and I should quit while I was ahead. I didn’t believe him. Air conditioners were literally made to run, and I thought it wouldn’t affect it. So my roommate told myself and others that since I wasn’t listening, that if the cooling unit breaks, I am responsible for all costs. I waved him off and told him not to worry. I feel I should have been the one to worry because a few weeks later the air conditioning component unexpectedly crashed. Okay not that big of a deal, I had the cooling professional come out, and my eyup almost bulged out of my head when she told myself and others the service bill! Apparently the cooling unit was suffering from a lot of neglect so it was going to be high-priced to repair. I actually didn’t want to pay my service bill, but I was going to have to unless I wanted to live without air conditioning. Reluctantly, I paid to have it fixed and the air conditioning started to work again. My roommate didn’t say anything, but I knew what she was thinking. I feel I will have to be more careful next time.
