Selling our family beachside home was a single 1 of the toughest things our wifey Jen & I have ever undertaken.

But selling the beachside home was indeed the toughest both physically & emotionally. We’re very close to retirement so Jen and I are in our mid 60’s! There were a lot of things. thought Jen and I could do most of them in order to keep the costs down. That proved to be a mighty challenge. These are the same skilled Heating & A/C professionals we’ve been using since Jen and I moved here more than 30 years ago. Tploy to form, they were once again vital when it came to getting the right sort of Heating & A/C equipment in our home. This isn’t the first time we’ve replaced the heating & cooling equipment. But this time, Jen and I wanted to get the latest in Heating & A/C technology in order to add as much value to the place as Jen and I could. The Heating & A/C contractor was all over it & got us just what Jen and I were looking for. Thanks to the renovations & the current residential Heating & A/C, Jen and I were able to get our asking price for our home.
