Weather in this space is genuinely freezing and very very cold. Average uneven temperatures are in the single digits and the section of land around here receives an incredibly large amount of winter precipitation. And at the beginning of the season, the precipitation is usually freezing rain or sleet, but it changes in February to snow and also ice. It is important for the house to remain warm for reasons that are far beyond that comfort levels of the people inside of the house. Plumbing pipes and pictures can leak and even crack if the uneven temperatures become too cold. When a single of the plumbing pipes genuinely cracked on us last month, we genuinely found a plumber that was close to the ranch. The plumbing business came all the way here to discuss the issue and I told my partner plus another person that the leaking pipe was a problem coming from the wall. There was no access to the pipes other than to remove the entire panel away from the wall. The two of us saw a ton of mold after this attaching the small piece of the wall. All of these concerns were major issues that could have probably been avoided if both of us had chosen to take a second look into the bathroom. Now temperatures are cold and the pipes are breaking and there is no real way to remedy that problem anymore. There are only some other issues that would be a deal-breaker and I can say that black mold is one of those problems that cannot be ignored.
