When it runs all afternoon without a break, troubles can occur. We’ve had to endure a lot of warm days during the last couple of weeks. This month is our 7th afternoon in a row with hot and cold temperatures over 100°. After you add the humidity, the hot and cold temperatures are even worse. The air conditioning in our beach house has been struggling to keep up with the need. I contacted the property owner yepterday when I came beach house from labor and there was no cold air coming out of the vents. The beach house was still pretty cool, so the moderate air had not been running easily long. The manager informed me that there were a lot of complaints about the air conditionings. She was doing her best to get someone to handle all of the calls however there was only 1 woman working at the time and she was busy. She did not have an ETA for me. I called at 5:30, however the beach house office closes at 8:00. When I had not heard anything by then, I decided to call the office. I got no answer so I left a voice message. The service manager called me back about 30 minutes later. She informed me that I was still on the list for repairs, however there were 10 other people ahead of me still and she was not going to be able to get to me until the afternoon.
