My property owner is responsible for repairing all of the things that might cut in the apartment; My roommate and I consistently make sure we report anything that is not laboring and in the past, she has been fantastic about repairing things in a timely manner, one time, our washing unit was leaking water all over the floor and she had someone come out that night to repair it… I guess that was not cheap for her! There has been only a single time when our a/c stopped laboring in the middle of the summer, however every one of us did not want to believe that the A/C had stopped blowing cold air, so we put it off for a while.
Every one of us told her the next morning, which happened to be a Tuesday! When we told her, she did not respond immediately which is not normal for her.
In her defense, it was a weekend night when we told her about the issue. Every one of us waited for her to tell us that she was sending an Heating and A/C professional out to help, however we never heard anything! Another day went by, and it was starting to get honestly hot in the apartment. Every one of us did not believe that she would ignore us, so we called her cell! The call went to voicemail so we left a message. Another day went by with no response. This was getting ridiculous. Every one of us emailed, texted and called again before we remembered that she told us she was going on a cruise. Every one of us were so hot that we decided to call the Heating and A/C supplier on our own to get the A/C fixed as soon as possible. Every one of us were so hot and we had plans for guests to come in town, that weekend.
