When our fiance & I bought a new house, one of the first things she noticed was the gardening space in the front & sides of the house.
They were raised flower beds & they already had a bunch of soil with no weeds in sight.
I figured they must’ve done everything right by using commercial landscaping fabric which makes it strenuous for any weeds to come up in your garden. She seemed to want the apartment merely because of the gardening capabilities. I told her the people I was with and I had to look at the arena first though so the people I was with and I knew if there were any troubles. My biggest concern was looking at the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment. Well, when the people I was with and I got into the basement where the Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan was, the people I was with and I had to pull out the flashlights because the basement lights weren’t hooked up for some reason. Now, I was stunned by how huge the basement was & it had so much potential. The thing that certainly angry myself and others was all the spiderwebs that weren’t cleared out. It was strenuous to walk around separate from running into spider webs. Still, the people I was with and I bought the arena because the people I was with and I enjoyed how huge the apartment was, the amount of rooms it had, & of course the amount of land & the relative privacy. The apartment is still off a main road, however there isn’t much traffic & you can’t even see the neighbors, so it’s mostly private. The two of us had professional cleaners to scrub the whole arena & sanitize everything & they also detachd all spiderwebs & signs of any spiders. I l acquired that there was a nice boiler plan which worked great, however the people I was with and I had to install a new cooling system, so the people I was with and I decided to go for a ductless mini break air conditioning.
