After I started laboring evening shifts at our job, I have changed our sleep schedule entirely. Instead of getting up at 7am or 8am in the morning for a 9-o-clock shift, I now wake up at 1pm or 2pm in the day. It’s discouraging when I get calls from the bank or our insurance business while I’m trying to sleep in the late morning hours. If I need to schedule an appointment at our dentist’s office, they’re consistently trying to get myself and others to come in while I was in the morning hours. No matter what, I have to remind them whenever I call to make a new appointment that I’m not available in the morning plus to schedule myself and others for the day instead. I thought I had made this fact abundantly clear with our heating plus cooling business when I scheduled our recent service call. While talking to the representative on the iphone, I told his to make the appointment no earlier than 2pm in the morning. I told his that I wouldn’t even be condo at that hour. When I woke up the next morning at 8am to pounding on our front door, I was shocked plus couldn’t imagine who it could be. I looked out the window plus saw the truck for the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business. Without even answering the door, I instantly called the business directly plus gently scolded them on the iphone over the mixup. I told his that I explicitly asked for an day appointment. Apparently the worker was going to be in our neighborhood at a neighbor’s condo at 9am plus took it upon himself to do our service call beforehand.
