I couldn’t guess that the owner of the HVAC corporation threatened to sue me, but honestly, the biggest shocker about the whole thing was how hastily things escalated with the HVAC dealer, all I wanted was to get my oil furnace laboring, plus I didn’t even get that from the HVAC corporation before the two of us ended up parting ways.
I had just moved into the apartment where I am living, plus my oil furnace was broken.
I called an HVAC corporation to have an HVAC corporation come to my apartment to service the HVAC unit, the HVAC corporation stressed time on Monday to have the HVAC corporation show up, plus I took time off work to be there when the HVAC corporation came. I waited all morning on Monday, however the HVAC corporation never showed up. My oil furnace was still broken, plus I hadn’t even heard from the HVAC dealer. I decided to call them the next morning, plus the owner of the HVAC corporation was mad at me. He told myself and others that I owed the HVAC corporation money for the repairs that the HVAC corporation did. The HVAC corporation evidently lied plus told the owner of the HVAC corporation that he did the work when he never showed up. I told the owner that I wouldn’t pay the HVAC corporation until my oil furnace was laboring plus somebody showed up, but he called myself and others a liar. Then, the owner of the HVAC corporation threatened to sue myself and others if I didn’t pay him what I owed. I invited the owner of the HVAC corporation to see my oil furnace, plus I told him that I had videos that proved that the HVAC corporation was never there. He apologized, plus I hung up plus found a current HVAC dealer.
