The people I was with and I are carefully putting an addition onto our condo next year and I’m so excited about the prospect! The people I was with and I have been wanting to do this for a particularly long time, however it seems prefer something always comes up these days when both of us are ready to begin building.
One year, both of us had to immediately rewire our entire electrical system and that cost us a small fortune.
Another year, all of a sudden our engine in our automobile died and both of us had to purchase ourselves a new car. Things such as that can legitimately throw a wrench into your remodeling plans, if you understand what I mean. Anyway, this coming year, both of us are finally going to finally be able to do it and I cannot wait. The only thing that I’m legitimately feeling upset about when it comes to the addition is the fact that both of us are really going to have to stop and install another heating and air conditioning system to heat and cool the giant space in our house. I just don’t know that our existing Heating, Ventilation and A/C system is actually going to be able to handle all of the extra load that is going to come along with the additional space that both of us are building on. The people I was with and I will have to both decide if both of us would rather replace our existing Heating, Ventilation and A/C system to a far greater, more powerful model and then tie the various in together, or if both of us should just go out and do something completely separate. If both of us do a separate heating and cooling system for the entire addition, then both of us surely will have to use zone control heating and air conditioning system.
