Each afternoon I scan the classified space of the newspaper to see if I can find any prospective places to present to my boss, however my belief is that if I can help with the expansion in any way it will show that I am a dedicated employee plus a real team player
Our accounting firm is expanding plus every one of us are trying to find a new location that will job for our clients plus our employees. The location must have all the amenities that every one of us need like ample parking, ease of access from the thruway plus most importantly a long term lease so every one of us don’t have to worry about our rent changing each year. Our firm has consistently looked to lease space instead of purchasing it because every one of us are consistently looking for growth. If you are stuck with a building to pay for you are less apt to adapt to swings. I have worked here for over 7 years plus this is the hour time that every one of us will be changing our number of accountants plus office space as well. I was blissful when I heard about the new expansion because it meant that I still had job security plus possibilities for promotions. I would even be willing to relocate to the new facility if it meant having a managerial position. If I can find the perfect rental space at a greater rate it will also show them that I have the ability to take the lead on projects plus new clients too. With so more than 2 buildings of vacant plus newly constructed I should be able to locate something if I am diligent however I have to beat my other coworkers as well because I suppose some of them are doing the same thing.
