When I was looking to rent our apartment, there wasn’t much that I needed. I wasn’t entirely picky at all— in fact, I was comfortable with even the bare minimum. I enjoyed having a space that was my own, all to myself, even if there wasn’t much square footage available in the household to call “mine.” At the time, after renting it however before settling in and experiencing living in the apartment, I would have rated the home at a ‘5’ out of 10 on some hypothetical scale. When I finally settled in, there was one thing that I managed to find that moved our home from that ‘5’ all the way to a ‘10.’ What was it? A smart temperature control! After connecting our smart temperature control to our phones, I suddenly was able to learn just how convenient and comfortable it made life. I was able to make certain that the temperature of our household was exactly perfect no matter where I happened to be, whether I was coming in from my workplace or cuddled up in bed having just woken up! The ability to set our perfect temperature on the go totally elevated the value of our home for me! That is why I think that no matter where I move to, and no matter where I live, I will want to have a smart temperature control! Having excellent core heating and cooling are both entirely important (especially in Winter time and summer time when temperatures are at their most dramatic). In situations where an entire household will take too long to come to temperature or I’m away and can’t come to physically change up the temperature control, I absolutely know that our smart temperature control will have our back.
