I purchased this condo knowing that I’d have to put a lot of work into it.
The structure of the condo was fantastic plus it showed a lot of promise, however the aesthetics of it was lacking.
The carpet was old, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the cabinets in the kitchen were dingy. Along with these things, the windows needed replacing because they were single paned plus not sealed officially. I didn’t recognize the seasoned windows would be an issue, however they’ve entirely created a lot of problems… During the cooler months, a lot of my heat has slipped through the cracks of the windows plus the lack of insulation doesn’t help. My living room has big windows, so the heat escapes rather hastily plus the room can become chilly legitimately hastily. I didn’t have the funds to replace the windows at the time, so I decided to try something else. I had constantly heard fantastic things about ductless mini cut systems plus I wanted to provide it a try. They were supposed to heat plus cool designated spaces up to a certain square footage plus they ran off of electricity. This made them ideal for heating plus cooling spaces in one area without affecting the rest of the heat plus air in the rest of the house. Having installed the ductless mini cut system, I’ve legitimately loved it plus it’s solved my heat issue for the time being. I’m able to heat my living room whenever I’m using the space without wasting energy.
