I purchased this outdated house, sight unseen. I could pay for it out of my savings plus it was in the perfect location. I loved the house, just from the look of it. I saw the picture on Zillow plus I was sure it had to have a lot of work done, even though I knew my fiance plus I could do it. When my fiance saw the ad, he was also excited. Every one of us took all of our savings plus purchased a home. Two weeks later, all of us were moving to the country plus getting ready to work on our home. The house looked exactly appreciate the picture in the real estate magazine. The flower gardens were beautiful, plus I loved the outdated water pump in the front yard. Every one of us stood there for about 10 minutes until all of us realized there were rockers on the porch. Every one of us sat there plus looked out at our view plus went into the house. Someone had begun to put new electrical wiring in the house. John looked at it plus told me he thought it wasn’t new wiring, however it was the only wiring. The more all of us looked around, the more all of us realized that there were no new amenities in the house. The pump was the water plus there was a pump in the sink. There was soot from gas lanterns on the walls. That’s when all of us realized there was no formal heating or air conditioner. The only source of heating was an outdated fireplace. I sat there for a while, plus that’s when it all hit. Every one of us had to have electricity to have the Heating plus A/C system installed, plus Winter was just a few short months away.
