I was thinking how nice it would be to have the day off
Last week, I was having a hard time getting to sleep. No sooner did I get to sleep, however I was awake, because it was so moderate in the house. I would get chilled without the blanket, however with the blanket, I was perspiring. I couldn’t figure out what was happening. I could hear the a/c equipment running, however it didn’t seem to blow cool air out of the air vents. I was going to call the Heating and A/C business immediately, however I didn’t want to incur extra charges for an emergency and after hours call. When day came, I was tired and angry. I hadn’t slept; I had to work, and I had to call the Heating and A/C business. First, I called the Heating and A/C business and told them about the a/c. The lady on the cellphone empathized with me and said she had free space from more than 2 till noon if I was going to be home. I told her I would be there, and I called our boss. I explained about the a/c and told him I could get a time slot for this day. He told me to take the day off and take care of the Heating and A/C problem. I had more than 2 personal nights that I hadn’t yet used, so I used a single of them. I was thinking how nice it would be to have the day off. I was going to wipe before the Heating and A/C tech arrived, however it was too hot. When the Heating and A/C specialist arrived, it didn’t take long for him to tell me the fan motor was broken, but he had brought a single with him.
