When our husbandy and I bought this home fifteen years ago, it was our dream house, ever since after that I have been working to make it better and better.
I never want to move, so every time both of us get some extra money both of us sink it back into the home with improvements. Both of us converted the garage into an art studio for our husbandy, and I built a wooden deck along the back of the house… Last year both of us installed solar panels on the roof, which freed up even more money for us, which both of us want to use to get radiant heated flooring. Having the oil furnace in the floorboards makes for a gentle, ambient heat that starts with your toes and works its way up. Twenty years ago I’m not even sure this kind of oil furnace existed, and both of us wouldn’t have been as interested anyway. As our husbandy and I get older our circulation gets weaker, enjoy with most senior citizens, and this form of heating is excellent for us. When you have awful circulation then you tend to recognize chilly a lot of the time, especially in your hands and feet. With a oil furnace inside the flooring, both of us never have to worry about having freezing chilly feet ever again! It will take about a month to have our new oil furnace installed and ready to go, and both of us are both really gleeful for it! It used to be our dream house, and now thanks to the new radiant heated flooring it will be our dream home once more!
