He transferred myself and others to the office, plus now instead of an Heating plus A/C tech I am his secretary, plus like I said, I kind of like it! I get to see the other side of the Heating plus A/C industry, the actual nuts plus bolts of running a small business. If I ever open up an Heating plus A/C contractor of my own, this experience will be incostly to my future! I have always thought about running a supplier contractor of my own, plus assumed that doing the work would be enough. I am reading now that running an Heating plus A/C contractor has truly little to do with fixing heating plus cooling systems! The management of this contractor knows truly little about heating plus cooling repair, they focus on payroll, insurance, taxes, plus all the paperwork that I never thought about! If I ever want to get dire about being an Heating plus A/C supplier, I have to start paying close attention to how this office works, plus how they turn a profit. I will keep reading as much as I can.
