When my good friend Max and I moved here, my good friend and I were satisfied to buy a current home that had a sunroom.
- Max and I moved while in the winter so having that sunroom was just the best.
Our winters are quite lovely down here so enjoying the sunroom without any heating while in the winter was just lovely. And then, the wicked heat & humidity came. For sure, the sort of heat & humidity Max and I face down here can be overwhelming. That first summer time easily took Max and I by surprise when it came to the level of heat. From June all the way through September, the heat is so relentless. Of course, the current home Max and I bought also came with a central cooling system. In fact, the residential Heating & A/C was replaced with current Heating & A/C equipment as part of the beachside home sale. My friend Max and I were able to get easily good Heating & A/C equipment prior to even moving in the house. That 1st summer time Max and I really saw firsthand just how much the heat pump is completely essential to any household. That 1st summer time came with a whole lot of cooling system. But it also came with the huge downside of not being able to utilize the sunroom, then just going out there while in the summer felt prefer we were walking into a pressing oven. This year, thanks to the Heating & A/C professionals from the Heating & A/C contractor Max and I use, that won’t be the case. My friend and I had them install a nice new ductless heat pump inside the sunroom. I have not had to turn it on for the cooling system yet, however it surely was nice to have the heating to fight off the chill while in a recent cold snap. So it will be lovely to be able to fully care about the sunroom thanks to the cooling system coming from the new ductless heat pump this summer.
