He said everybody was choosing to go ductless because these systems are extremely energy efficient and some of the systems were smart HVACs. So I ended up having a ductless multi-split system installed. I learned how cutting out the ductwork itself saves a huge amount of energy and translates into major savings. The system I got is smart so the temperature control settings on all the indoor units can be changed through the app on my cell phone. I also regularly keep up with the air filter cleaning and never miss important HVAC maintenance.
