Anna and Mercy had been living together for two years. They had decided to move in together during the COVID-19 panic to give each other company. Anna had been renting an apartment, but she lost her job because it went under during the pandemic. Mercy graciously opened her doors to her sister and this would be the first time that they lived together since Mercy went off to college. Mercy had a beautiful house, and Anna was very grateful. She promised that she would help shoulder the responsibility of some of the bills and generally pull her weight. That summer, the house really needed an air conditioning tune-up. After all, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, they were going to end up being indoors nearly all the time. Anna and Mercy were a little concerned about having HVAC technicians coming into their house because of the threat of spreading the disease. Luckily, they both found an HVAC company that had garnered a reputation for good service and adhering to strict safety precautions when it came to the pandemic. They decided to call out this HVAC company. The HVAC technician they sent was geared up in such a way that he was protecting himself and others. He very quickly got to work on the HVAC system and discovered a few problems that needed solving. Anna and Mercy were both very happy with the results of the HVAC tune-up and their air conditioner worked perfectly the entire summer. Thankfully, neither of them ended up getting sick with COVID.
