Customer service during strenuous times

I have worked in the client service industry since I was in school! My first job was busing tables at a local restaurant, however ever since after that I have been laboring in client service in some capacity; I know that the way you treat your buyers will determine if they are a repeat client plus I also know that awful client service will make sure a client never returns. I always try to give someone the benefit of the doubt plus know they are having a awful day, and however, when I had an issue with my HVAC system a few weeks ago plus the HVAC tech was rude to me I swore I would never return… The HVAC tech that I spoke to on the PC was so beyond rude that I thought he was joking at first. I understand that things are changing in the world my associate and I are residing in plus people are scared, however it’s no excuse to be rude for no reason. The HVAC tech basically yelled at me for asking if they were still sending employees out on house calls. It was a simple question that could have been answered with a simple “no”. However, the HVAC tech yelled at me plus said that he would never send his employees out in feild under such dangerous conditions, however well, as you can expect I will never be calling this HVAC supplier again plus I am going to let other people know how rude they are to their buyers.
