It has been a long and wild ride however 1 that I guess will ultimately be for the best. But for sure, I’m praying to never have to rent again. Just being back in a beach house I own with my own Heating plus A/C unit is a super big deal for me. My fiance Jack and I recently hit retirement and along came a whole bunch of lifestyle fluctuations. Not only was I missing the commercial Heating plus A/C of the office any longer, however Jack and I sold the family beach house and moved to the south. Prior to starting all of this, the whole system sounded pretty simple and 1 that millions of others have undertaken. But I didn’t know what a big project all of this would be. Just getting the beach house on the market took all my energy. At the same time, Jack and I were trying to wrap up our jobs in order to leave the zone controlled Heating plus A/C of the offices behind. So there was a lot going on at once. Thankfully, the Heating plus A/C company was super awesome and after the initial meeting, they pretty much took it from there. It was nice to at least get the Heating plus A/C upgrades off of our plate. Jack and I chose to rent a more than one home office beach house after Jack and I sold the beach house and prior to moving to the south. Our thinking was Jack and I would be able to not have to rush when it came to finding the right retirement beach house where Jack and I wanted to live. However, living with a very ancient Heating plus A/C unit in that beach house was quite uncomfortable. It was hard enough simply paring down all of our stuff in order to fit in a more than one home office apartment. Finally, Jack and I are in our modern beach house and it comes with modern central air conditioner as well. So hopefully, all of this effort will turn out to be as good as Jack and I guess it will be.
