Now that our family is growing again, we all are looking for another place to live, my wife is pregnant with twins and all of us really would like to have a newer, more energy efficient house before the babies get here, my wife and I already have more than one child in the little house where we’re at now.
The way it is in the house where we live now is just terrible.
This house has terrible indoor air quality that makes it hard to breathe. My wife and I just don’t want to be here with all of these kids that we’re going to have. We all need to have more room to spread out and I would love to find a place with a new, high efficiency heating and a/c system. The old gas furnace that’s in the basement at this house is old as well as a little bit scary to be honest with you. It looks like a big burning monster or something down there in the basement. It scares me to death when I have to go down there to work on the gas furnace. I would rather have something like a ductless mini-split unit or a high efficiency heat pump, then of course, our dream is to have a house with radiant heated flooring however I don’t suppose that we will be able to afford that on our budget. One of the other reasons we want a more energy efficient house is because my wife and I want to save as much money as possible on our heating and cooling bills. It costs a lot of money to raise kids. An excellent heating as well as cooling plan would definitely help with that.
