Tomorrow my proprietor is going to do a walk through of my place.
It has been several years & this will be the first time he looks over the apartment.
I assume he wants to do a walk through since I haven’t re-upped my yearly lease. The guy is expecting that he will need to rent it out & wants to see what I have done injure wise. I entirely want my deposit back so I am trying to make the home look love it is in relaxing shape. The problem is that my proprietor was regularly terrible at answering my calls with anything wrong in the apartment. I have needed to repair a lot of things on my own love the dryer, dishwasher, stove & ice maker. The things I couldn’t repair have just gotten worse. The ceiling leaks in 1 spot & I called the proprietor about it & heard nothing back. Now there is water injure on 1 spot of the ceiling. I also have complained bitterly about the cooling idea not being frigid enough & the oil furnace odoring love burnt hair when it turns on. I have never had a Heating & Air Conditioning company come to perform repair on the unit. So most likely the Heating & Air Conditioning unit is shot. The proprietor better not charge me for a faulty Heating & Air Conditioning idea or ceiling injure because those are all on him. I have done what I can for the apartment. For the Heating & Air Conditioning I have replaced air filters, cleaned the inside of it & leveled the outdoor air compressor. That was the extent of my knowledge.
